The Teknon Protocol involves the following. 

All children and young adults starting the protocol do so with 1 packet a day.

Mix the powder in 6 to 8 ounces of cool or room temperature water in a shaker cup with metal ball (not plastic ball), and drink. We suggest water, plain or vanilla unsweetened almond milk, or any non-sugary drink.  

We recommend adding the powder to a cool or room temperature beverage, rather than a hot beverage, as too much heat may destroy some of the nutritional benefits of the product.

The mixture can be consumed in the morning or consumed throughout the day.
